My Food Philosophy
I believe that food is undoubtably our source of energy, however it can be both beneficial and divine.
I am not a supporter of fad diets as ones true diet encompasses how and what they eat day in and day out.
The Mediterranean diet & European way of life are beneficial to our health and soul. De-stress, breathe and enjoy your life.
I do not believe in restricting food items unless one has a medical or moral reason. Eat your pasta, bread, cheese and chocolate. Drink your wine! I do – just be mindful.
Please eat every 3-4 hours … keep your metabolism active!
Make sure to combine protein and carbohydrates at each meal – this will keep you full longer, while making your metabolism work harder. Double win!
